Elka Engineered enhanced oak hardwood flooring is light brown; some boards may have a pinkish tint or a slight greyish cast and the sapwood is white to cream. This floor has a plumed or flared grain appearance. The softer grain is removed in the brushing process giving a textured surface. The grade on this floor is B/C/D which means there are black repaired knots and small repaired splits. The warranty is 25 Years Structural – 1 Year Lacquer. This product comes in packs of 4,300 square feet, with each pack weighing 175 lbs. Installation: Please make sure you mix the packs well to achieve a well-balanced look.
